bought a jumping jack trailer at the Scottsdale RV show back in March of 2020. had to go through Toms for all the paper work and finances. everything was good at the time, they did not have a $300 tailer cover in stock that I ordered extra. its now been 5 months with multiple empty promises and more unanswered emails. at this point I just want my money back.
I called to purchase a camper and spoke with Matt he was extremely rude and condescending. I explained that I am going through my own credit union and already have an approval just need to pick out the camper that I want. He followed up with telling me that I am absolutely not approved and that I’m lying to him and that I would need to put down 20% and finance through him. We worked with both the Mesa and Surprise locations and both were equally amazing!! Every single individual we worked with was super friendly, extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable. They’re not like a car sales lot which made the experience of exploring their inventory so enjoyable. We’ll be back when we’re ready for our next one!

I was shopping around for an off road type pop up camper. Lucky for me I found what I was looking for at Tom's Camperland. Plus I saved some $$ so that was icing on the cake.
Alan was great. They have a huge selection of trailers. Some are like Cadillac styling. Lol
I bought a nice double slide camper. while living in Sacramento communicating through the internet and by phone.! The only downside was driving there to pick it up and bring it back to Sacramento! But it was still more than worth it.! the people that Tom's Camperland we're great. They made the experience easy and comfortable.! I highly recommend them.!
