Very Clean Overall we are very pleased with Tom's Basement Waterproofing's quality of work and professionalism. The men working show up on time, work hard, are very clean, courteous and leave on time.
Leaks fixed fast My spouse and I went to get something out of our basement last weekend, and were horrified to see that we had a lot of our boxes ruined my water that was leaking into our basement. Quite a few mementos were ruined. I cried. My co-worker had a similar problem many years back, and she sent us to Tom's Cellar. They came out and discovered our slab was cracked (which is where the water was coming from). Thank God they could fix it quickly!
