The workers from Tom's were prompt and efficient The workers from Tom's were prompt and efficient. There was little to no inconvenience to our family. After 10 inches of rain in two days, we are pleased to report that are basement is 100% dry (unlike our neighbors).
Specialized Attention We wanted to thank Tom's for their personal and specialized attention to the water problem we had in our basement. You had a way of explaining the process and materials that would be used in a way that we understood.
We haven't seen a drop of water in the basement. Thanks to their efforts, a job that was estimated to take two-three days to complete, was completed in a single day. I'm very pleased with the results of the work. And, despite having several large rain storms this week, we haven't seen a drop of water in the basement.

Water Problem We have had a water problem in our basement for years and for years we would vacuum it up. They always locate the leak, and repair it right. His pricing is fair. And the crews that turn out are usually professional. I highly recommend Toms Basement to everyone.
