Worst service ever! Damaged my Fuji apple tree by cutting 2" branches instead of just "topping" it (removing 1/3 of height because I couldn't harvest apples that high) and taking out the "suckers". Also refused to trim a second tree to my spec's, as it had been trimmed before. Can't blame the crew for not having been given instructions which had been discussed with Tom. DON'T have this guy touch your trees! (Website doesn't allow ZERO stars, so I had to give him one...)
