You won't find better customer service in a jewelry store out there. Such nice people who always make you feel welcome. We are sold on this place. I don't even go in other stores now. Plus, they have custom pieces made of local places which is very cool!
I took a piece of jewelry that was purchased from a chain jeweler in to Tompkins to have a repair done. The jeweler at Tompkins had to rebuild the entire setting because of the lackluster job by the chain store. My ring looks better then the day it was purchased, my husband and I are Tompkins customers for life! Thank you for doing such a beautiful job on my ring!
They did a BEAUTIFUL job repairing my rings. LADIES, take off your rings before you do yardwork!! My hands got so swollen, my husband had to cut them off of my finger :( Sheila and her team made my rings look even better!! Thank you sooo much!
