If I could rate this place a 0, I would. If you want to be racial profiled at all, please enter the store at your own discretion. My best friend walked into this very hardware yesterday to buy a mouse trap that cost $1.99 each. As an employee followed him from isle to isle, instead of just asking what he needed. RecommendedI asked for advice about how to accomplish a specific home maintenance task without having to purchase an expensive tool for a one time use. The store allowed me to borrow the tool I needed, which slowed me to get the task done. Amazing customer service! They always have the answers I need.
i had house paint mixed there for Artwork, the guy talked on the phone most of the 1/2 it took to mix. I ordered a dark red "Ruby Slippers" it was called. It was FUSHIA. They refunded my money, when I wanted them to fix it. Both he and the cashier were rude. I left and went to Home Depot. Not only was the paint less expensive, the 20 something employee was polite and said if it's wrong we try to fix it. I've been shopping at ACE since the late 1970's, trying to keep local businesses alive. It wasn't appreciated at this ACE.
