I wouldn't recommend Tompkins Flooring to anybody. I bought laminate flooring from them, carpet and tile for a bathroom. Although, the laminate looks good, the tile in the bathroom is horrible. It's uneven and the installer knocked a hole in the bathroom wall when he was installing the baseboard. I had the job done nearly one month ago and they still haven't repaired the hole in the wall, plus the installer didn't run wood between the floors and the carpet or tile. They treat you like family!! – Hadn't shopped for flooring in years, hired Tompkins' upon recommendations of several friends. Thank goodness!! They were just wonderful, knowledgeable, did a super professional job, the crew knew their craft and did a beautiful job. Their "can do, whatever-it-takes" attitude is refreshing, boy did they ever go above and beyond what they were contactually obligated to do!!. My floors are gorgeous, I am thrilled. Can't recommend Rick and his crew highly enough.

Excellent Flooring and Professional People – We have used Tompkins two different times, once for ceramic tile downstairs, then several years later when we replaced our carpet upstairs. Both times the prices and quality were competitive and the installers and sales people were very professional. They followed up to make sure we were happy. The workmanship was great, we havent had any problems at all and we will use them again for sure the next time we need flooring.

Great Flooring! – Tompkins flooring is great! They have great service and really care about thier customers. Their installers are trustworthy and do a great job. I had them put tile in my house and I can't beleive the straight lines and perfect way that the tile was laid. Tompkins stands behind thier product.. and really takes care of thier customers!

The Best Service – We've used Tompkins Flooring for our entire house, not once, but TWICE. The service is the best, and the quality of the product cant be beat. The entire sales team and installers are all professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They stand 100% behind thier product and they treat customers like family. I wont go anywhere else.

Best Service and Quality Flooring – I purchased a very nice carpet from Tompkins last month and was very pleased with the quality of the carpet, price and service. I compared pricing with several other stores before deciding on Tompkins. Not only did I save money, but loved the service. The two guys who installed the carpet were very professional and courteous. They were very careful to make sure the carpet was installed perfectly. I plan to remodel my kitchen soon and will definitely use Tompkins for the flooring.

Best flooring in Orange County – We purchased carpet from Tompkins Floooring for the second time in 7 years they were very good to work with and also the best priced for the carpet. We highly recommend Tompkins Flooring for good service and installers that care about what they do. The sales person was nice to deal with, she understood what we were looking for and found just the right color for our house. We are very happy with the service from the sales to installation.

Avoid this place unless you want a lien on your home!!! If you have any problems at all with your flooring (i.e.their poor installation, poor workmanship), the owner will file a lien on your home instead of trying to work the issues out and resolving your concerns. This is by far the worst business I have ever dealt with in my 38 years of life!
