worst expience at a dental clinic ever – I was shocked at the lack of concern for the level of pain i received. I repeatedly told the dentist, who then remarked that it was because I was perceiving pain and actually the local block had worked fine. I had to be held in the chair by the dental assistant as the pain was so bad. I would not recommend this dentist to my worst enemy and will never go there again. A truly terrible experience.
Worst Dental Experience in my life – My husband and I went to Tompkins Dental because it was close and scheduled us quickly for an appointment. We will never go again! When we arrived we saw that we were able to get an appointment because the office overbooked their schedule. We waited over an hour to be seen and we arrived at 8 AM with the first appointments! Rude and impersonal – I went here for a regular teeth cleaning and x-rays. My appointment was scheduled for 11am and by the time I filled out the paper work it was 11:25 or so. BAD time to go! Everyone was rushing to get done for lunch hour! The dentist didn't even talk to me, he talked to his assitant like I wasn't even there and too ignorant to understand what he was saying.
