These people who own this place are cons. DO NOT BE LATE. Within 3 weeks of being late my bill went from $40 to $285 + $8 "convenience fee. Ok well played, I paid the outrageous late fees and auction fees for an auction that never took place. Then I go to my unit to get something and this is what I see when I open the door....NOT a quality place to store you belongings. Mine won't be there much longer. Update.
