These people who own this place are cons. DO NOT BE LATE. Within 3 weeks of being late my bill went from $40 to $285 + $8 "convenience fee. Ok well played, I paid the outrageous late fees and auction fees for an auction that never took place. Then I go to my unit to get something and this is what I see when I open the door....NOT a quality place to store you belongings. Mine won't be there much longer. Update. Poorly managed and operated! I would not rent again from this company nor recommend family, friends or anyone else for that matter! I have called them every month for the past 3 months regarding my account and text messages stating l was past due or locked out! My receipts from my credit card company and texted and emailed receipts from Tomorrow Storage show that I paid 3 months in advance on 6 January! My receipts and records also show l paid January when I paid December rent ! My January 6th 3 month payment was for Februar... read more
