I signed up for 3 treatments of FORMA-1 and LUMECCA last March which had to be paid in advance $1400. This treatment is to treat dry eyes which I did not know beforehand from which I even suffered. The second treatment on 4/29/24 burned off half of my eyelashes in sections on my right eyelid and some on my left eyelid.
