Coming from someone who worked there , this place is filthy in the back. The sushi chefs literally scratch their balls and touch your food. They are really racist and they treat non white guests completely different . Take it from someone on the inside DO NOT EAT HERE . It's just disgusting and poor hygiene . I've literally watched them go to bathrooms without washing their hands. None of the employees eat here because they know what happens . The fish is cut right next to the trash
High-concept Japanese food level >9000 . Tomo is a maestro. Highly recommend the Omakase - it's a religious experience.
The food was beautiful and delicious. It was also pricey.
