They get a star for actually answering the phone. I paid them $375 to do extensive work on my property. When I finally looked at the work it was substandard and the worst part is that they DID NOT remove all the debris. After calling numerous times and being told they would come, they never came and I ended up being charged $200 by the Home Owners Association because the association had to move it. I wouldn't even give this service 1 star. I scheduled and arranged for Tommy's pressure washing to do a commercial job for me three times. Three times I gave them an opportunity to do the simple service I requested and they quoted. Each time they were a no call no show. The whole company seems very unorganized and unprofessional.
Couldn't even make an appointment. The way the woman spoke was as if we already offended her, interrupting us, saying, "She didn't have time to do what we asked." Excuse me? How about you learn some respect for your clientele? Don't even bother with this one. It'll be a waste of your time. No wonder this business doesn't have more stars. It certainly doesn't deserve the one I had to give.
The service provided to me was above excellent. Our home and lawn service turned out much better than I expected based on my using other companies in the past.
Started out great; bad service from and employee. Tommy please contact so we can resolve. A very minor issue over the word "fool" changed our status. Mark who is employed made a very bad business decision. Tommy the owner has a chance to redeem this by a simple phone call... All this from my wife asking "do you think im a fool".
