Food was very good, but the service was terrible. Our waitress barely attended to us (we saw her every 10-15 minutes if we were lucky) barely spoke to us, no refills on our water, and didn't clean the table off until we literally stacked up the plates and sat them on the edge of the table. These things are basic waiting 101. I don't recommend coming here unless you have a lot of patience and free time.
If there is a better restaurant in Cleveland , it's a big secret , because TOMMY'S in Cleveland HT'S is the best ever !!!!!!!!
Simply no better place!
Since high school, late 80's, I have only had 2 things, Ruth and Jim. I try to consider other things but decide every time to not mess with perfection... love love love Tommy's inside out and backwards. (though I miss the size and location of Arabica terribly)
The milkshakes are unstoppable. Try vanilla with strawberries and bananas blended in.
Whats not to love? Good clean food, cool vibe, great owner... I grew up going to Tommy's. Now living on the west coast, its one the first stops I make when back in Cleveland. Num num! - Lisa Catara (Tarantino)
My wife loves the Silver. I'm for the Corned beef and Swiss with Stadium Mustard unles I decide to read the menu. I love about half of it. Unfortunately I dont have time nor money to try all of it. The Milk Shakes ar wonderful but I do the Ice Tea because of my diet. :) Love this Place. Come on down and discover your favorite.
My favorite restaurant for many years. I always eat there when I come home to Cleveland.
Love Tommy's! Whenever I'm in Cleveland I can't wait to get there. Tommy is one of the nicest and genuine person I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Craving some falafel now. Great
