Love love love Tommy's. It's a Cleveland Hts. and Cleveland-area institution. Huge variety of food to please almost everyone. Lots of vegetarian options. The spinach-cheese triangles (spanakopita) are great, great hummus, burgers. The meat pies are really good too. Very homemade-tasting. The fries are awesome. Milkshakes too. I had a pumpkin milkshake on my last visit and it was to die for. Only drawbacks-waiting area is very tight. If it's busy it's very annoying. And you have to pay to park. Always top notch, everything always looks as good as it tastes. Best of the best in my book!
The food was really good...but the wait staff was terrible. We waited for a good 45 minutes before we got our food even though people around us who arrived later than we did were getting their food. The place was not packed so I'm not sure why it took so long. My first time there and I was disappointed. Waitress seemed like she was out of it...glazed eyes and vacant expression. Not altogether there. Not sure if we will go back.

Amazing tamales, friendly to all dietary restrictions! I am a gluten free vegan and I had no problem finding many delicious options. Waiters are friendly and happy to accommodate!

I have been eating at Tommy's since the mid 1980's and tonight I order red take out at 5:45pm. I ordered a "Ralph" and fries. I paid $15 and change. I was distracted when I revved my food and did not receive my fries in the bag. I know I ordered them and when I realized I did not have the fries (after I left and drive home) I called to request a credit.
