We thought the guy was very nice.
Unfortunately this is not a good review. 89 year old woman. 3-4 year condensing unit has had a new compressor, multiple service calls and an attempt to charge her $1100. For freon. Unit doesn't even hold that much. Supposedly was just told they are there working on it. We have cameras and when pointed out that nobody has been there, the story changed to oh yeah the guy is here at office with a broken tool. Seems to me yet another dose of taking advantage of a senior citizen. The poor lady still has no air.
