I took my niece to Tommy’s Nail Bar and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. They rushed her through the appointment, painted over the color she already had on instead of properly removing it, and still charged $10 for the manicure. It felt careless and unprofessional. My own manicure wasn’t any better. They don’t offer hard gel for fills, and the technician didn’t seem to understand the difference between hard gel and gel polish. Fast to get myself and wife in for a pedicure. Wonderful service and friendliest staff you could ask for! The pedicure was done well with comfortable seating (massage chairs) and the cleanliness of the building is above most nail shops.
