I needed urgent help with a broken garage door and reached out to several companies. Only a couple got back to me, and I ended up going with Tommy's Garages. Colin came out the next morning and fixed my garage door sprocket quickly, and the price was much better than what others quoted me. I highly recommend calling this garage door company! Five stars for their excellent service and for technician Bentley! My garage door was jammed after some roofers accidentally messed with it, and one of the lift cables came off the drum. At first, I called another garage door company that looked local, but it turned out to just be a call center. my experience with tommy's garages was great. right before closing on our house, the garage door opener stopped working. i called and they were really helpful, even walking me through some troubleshooting over the phone. when we figured out it needed a technician, bentley came out quickly and fixed the issue. i was glad to pay the invoice as soon as the repair was done.
from the moment we called, their customer service was excellent. they worked with our schedule to set up the garage door installation appointment. we got a text with the arrival time and our technician's name and photo. eric was our garage door installer and he did a great job! he was friendly, explained everything, very professional, did quality work, cleaned up after himself, and finished quickly. highly recommend them for any garage door repair or installation.
