A contracted florist by FTD. The flowers came a day late and with HALF the number of roses. A day late and 5 roses short.
We ordered a mix bouquet for our niece for her birthday. The flowers were never delivered. They claimed they left the bouquet on the front step because no one was home. Who does that?They also had a cell phone number they could have called. She never received the flowers! The manager would not give us a refund or send out another bouqet. He was very rude. I would not recommend this flower shop.
