Dozie was wonderful and helpful, i will definitely be signing up for a membership next time i come.
I chose not the least expensive service, ($12), but the next level which was $17. However, after I went through the car wash, my car was still not clean. I spoke to the attendant, Dozie, who offered to come out and loosen up the dirt that was still on the car with a magic eraser pad, then allow me to go through the car wash a second time. That did the trick! So not five stars, because the car was not clean after the first run through the car wash, but Dozie definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.
