Called because I’ve been paying for The Works but I don’t think that’s what I’m getting when I called to troubleshoot with the person on the phone was very unhelpful and didn’t want to resolve the issue at all. Definitely no tire clean or shine happening. I was signed up The Works subscription for June. When I called and he wasn’t able to resolve it and said he couldn’t check to see if there was a problem I asked him to cancel it.
Would not recommend I canceled my membership in February and then at the beginning of June, they charged my card for some reason and now they won’t give me a refund
I appreciate that they guaranteed the wash and let us go through again when the first time didn't clean completely. Avery was very kind and helpful.
The deals are great, but the wash wasn't very good and I had the works.
Rachel is always helpful and smiling as she makes signing up simple and easy for me. I appreciate her kindness! She is why I keep returning to Tommy's Express Wash.
