Rude staff member (Morgan) made the experience so poor that I cancelled my subscription. I tried to let the business know through Facebook. They said they forwarded the information to the local management, but I never heard anything further so far.
Regular car wash story...they caused damage to our car. It actually did on several cars that afternoon, which was pointed out to the employee on someone drying their care next to ours. All we got were excuses and I'll call you back. They just wait it out and basically blow you off. Totally despicable management/ownership.
