Incredibly kind staff, but the wash itself was almost pointless. $17 & all it did was rinse the dust off. The whole front of my car & windshield had bugs stuck all over it.
I needed something more reliable and less expensive and Casey's offers their top wash for $29.99 with unlimited. Sorry Tommy's drop your prices a little and be open everyday.
I loved this place. I used to go every day. One time while going through the track stopped abruptly and my car made a weird noise. As soon as I pulled out of the car wash after the wash completed, my car made a loud noise while driving. I pulled over to the vacs and notified management who stated there was nothing that could be done on their end. I spent thousands repairing damages.
Customer service was nice However, the quality of the car wash was terrible. We took the car through the wash three times (twice on the most expensive package) and it still did not get the bird poop off of our front windshield or our grill. The vacuums did not suck enough. Running boards are still dirty. We will not be wasting our time or money at this car wash again and will stick with The Better Wash down in Kansas City
