Until June 26th, I had no issue for the last four months of my car wash subscription. But, on 6/26 when I went, the tire scrubber scratched both of my running boards underneath my door and proceeded to completely rip off my rear bumper. If you look through the reviews, you can see other people have had the same exact issue and the car washed denied responsibility.
