Nice location with quick service with a smile
I used this carwash for years and then this happened and my claim was denied. Asked for it to be further reviewed and it never was. Reached out multiple times and asked for the regional manager and they never contacted me. Be careful using them they are not helpful once they damage your vehicle.
This is the worst location. The mat washer is always out of order. Which is the only reason people would go here instead of misters. The vacuums aren’t great either in comparison to the price you pay here vs misters. Not worth the price. Just go to misters or drive to a better location.
Second time using Tommy's and both times the tailgate is barely touched. Apparently washing the entire vehicle isn't an option here. Will not be back.
