I had flowers delivered which did not make it to the recipient at a large corporate office. Tommy's was concerned and redelivered the flowers at no charge. Owner delivered himself to ensure completion of the transaction. Definitely went above and beyond to ensure the customer was satisfied. I would use this floral shop again just for this fact alone!!
Boyfriend ordered flowers from this place last week to be delivered today 02/14/2025 I never received them. We both called the number listed no answer just getting a voicemail.
Talked to the guy before ordering,once he got my money never delivered the flowers stay away from this guy bad business 🤬
Reliable and a very dependable florist. Our 30th anniversary was on 1-1-2025 we had reservations at Ruth’s Chris steakhouse. I wanted 30 roses for 30 years and he did an amazing job. He delivered our flowers before our reservation and beautiful table arrangement on our table waiting. My wife was very surprised and loved the arrangement! Great job!!!! 5 STAR service Thank you
Being from out of state and needing flowers delivered to Lafayette General on a Saturday evening I was worried. But, I would highly recommend Tommy’s Downtown Flower Market! I wasn’t the easiest costumer to work with as I was already upset. However, he came through for me and delivered a beautiful bouquet! Thank you so very much !
