What a joke – The place is nice. The parking is a joke one entrance. The food is ok the price is high. It doens't cost that much to make the food they are making. Especially when you pay such cheap labor and I mean cheap. The chef is a east coaster, and all talk.They will not be open very long.
CHECK YOUR VISA STATEMENT!!! – My sister took me to the new location on 192nd. Great food but it was busy and the service was a little slow. My sister paid the bill with her Visa and left a very nice 25% cash tip but when she received her Visa statement it had a additional 20% tip on it. She called the restaurant and when they pulled her receipt they could see that she didn't leave a tip on her card. The manager was very nice and credited her Visa card. It pays to check your statement.

I'm very pleased that you enjoyed the new location, we are and I feel have been working out the opening kinks, The parking lot is one of my BIGGEST concerns also if only I could of built the restaurant it would of had better parking flow, so sorry I'm working with the county officials to see if we can put a right turn only exit at the south end. Average food, above average price. – The food here is so-so, not outstanding. The price is really absurdly high. I didn't love the food, and I really didn't love the bill.

I am in LOVE with Tommy O's – It's true. What a classy place. From the great live Hawaiian music, to the cocktails, to the choices and proportions of delicious, DELICIOUS food. I feel the aloha spirit here - they are so very nice, and a great asset in community affairs. Take my credit card Tommy, I don't care, I always leave his place feeling happy and stuffed - I'm willing to pay a little extra for style and good food. As a picky Hawaiian restaurant reviewer, Tommy O's gets my vote as one of the absolute best.
WONDERFUL FOOD EXCELLENT SERVICE – My family and I have been long time customers of Tommy O's. We enjoy everything on the menu and always have wonderful service. I highly recommend the Kalau Pork or the Katsu Chicken which are both my favorites. Also remember when given the choice always take the Macaroni Salad, they make it with just enough curry. Best Hawaiian Food in town – This unique restaurant serves Downtown Vancouver well with it's easy going atmosphere and delicious Hawaiian food. I have been here several times and I have never disliked the food or the service, plus you are always seated right away, no wait! They have great appetizers and desserts too, and if you ever stop by for breakfast you have to try the local girl home fries!
Good food, but very rude and condecending – After the review we saw about this restaurant in the Columbian, my wife and I decided to try a little bite one night after work. The food was good, but we happen to hear a man ask the bartender "What kind of ****ing bartender are you?" Perfect for Lunch and a Movie – Just tried Tommy O's for the first time today and it was great! We went in on a Sunday afternoon. Service was fast, the atmosphere is cool, and the food is SO YUM. We both had the Chicken Teriyaki lunch, which comes with rice and either cucumber & tomato salad, or macaroni salad. Great Customer Service! – Tommy's is fantastic for breakfast and lunch, but the dinner will surpass your expectations! I highly recommend the Paniola Steak, best meal I've had this year! I have tried many things on the menu and they are all fantastic. With options like Wild Salmon, Char-Grilled Jumbo Prawns and the famous Kalua Pork, this restaurant is far beyond other Vancouver restaurants.
