In the process of selling my home by owner. I’ve had numerous realtors reach out to me. Monte Smith called me. Said she was a realtor. I stopped her and said I am not interested end of conversation. She then proceeds to start texting me numerous messages about how I must be lying and something must be wrong with my home if I don’t want to deal with a realtor. This review is specifically for Sarah Hoing at TM Realtors, Tupelo, MS. I initially got in contact with Sarah after an infuriating experience trying to get ANY realtor in Mississippi on the phone. My friend and myself left countless phone messages and emails and never got any response. My friend was wanting to sell a property she owns in Amory. This realtor has partnered with Palmer Builders of Tupelo. We were moving to Tupelo be closer to family in New Albany. We ended up with a Tommy Morgan realtor(no longer a realtor, now a minister in Seattle) who showed us the house we eventually purchased. He did not disclose that his boss had partnered with Palmer Builders. We were living in Georgia and we sold our house and probably rushed into buying a house.
