I got in touch with Tommy after watching one of his Youtube videos about the Palm Springs market. After a few emails exchange he suddenly informed me that he did not want to work with me without providing any valid explanations. I guess he assumes he is the only real estate agent in Palm Springs and that the market is so flourishing right now in California that he can afford to treat potential customers with disdain. No such luck.
