First time I’ve ordered and this is what the underwear look like after the SECOND wash. Don’t waste your money!
I have ordered many pairs of cotton ladies underwear and while I love the fit the quality is absolutely poor after a brief time the edges start to fray and long elastic strings hang- they are not even wearable I have written to them and called them - they replaced 3 pairs I have purchased about 15 all but 2 so far are ruined - it’s not how I care for them I wash in Woolite on delicate and often don’t dry them in a dryer unless in a rush - the quality is simply very very poor. The staff mis-sized me for one of their bras and over a month later I am stilll dealing with corporate in getting a replacement. I love their boyshorts but will never order anything from Tommy John again due to its poor customer service and order fulfillment. I am very disappointed.
