Unreal experience. Kate was very respectful, personable and professional. Walked in no appt needed was greeted and taken care of by a gentleman at the front (didn’t catch his name sorry) insanely up beat and gracious. Got the style I ask for at a ridiculously great price. Tip well. I’ve now been here twice for haircuts, and both times left disappointed. I felt like there was a huge rush to get me out of there both times, and I wasn’t listened to, so the quality of my haircut was sacrificed as a result. I am aware there is a guarantee policy that they will make it right, but really…… why not just get it right the first time? I won’t go back there
The lady who cut my hair was exceptional; there was no forced conversation. She took her time and did a fantastic job. I have been recommending this place to all my friends and I will be back soon for a fresh look.
Horrible place amateur hair cutters that are over priced and don’t listen. Worst hair cutters I have had in the last 10 years. Completely uneven hair length on both sides and extremely tardy. Very amateur hair dressers depending who you get stuck with.
