Made an over asking offer on a property he had listed. He verbally accepted the offer with my agent and stated that he had to drive the paperwork to the seller to get them to sign. The next morning my agent did a follow up with him to see if seller signed. His response was that the seller accepted another offer. He didn't even come back to see if we wanted to up our offer.
