I recently had a very disappointing experience with this company and wanted to share it so others are aware. I called and spoke with Sherry Dorsey after noticing salt underneath my water softener container. She told me it was probably cracked and scheduled a technician to come out and take a look. I asked what it might be, and she again mentioned it could be a crack but said the technician would need to inspect it to confirm.
