Dr. Limerick is the worst dentist I have ever had. I had a root canal done at the beginning of February and have been working on getting a crown ever since (it is now 3.5 months later). My appointment with him was cancelled four separate times, and I had to spend four hours trying to get an appointment scheduled. My initial appointment for the crown took 3.5 hours. Very inexperienced, cheap materials that break out and has caused me more problems than solved. The staff is highly unprofessional at the front desk.

The staff and office environment are fine. Dr. Xu needs to retire. She is physically rough, unfriendly and does not listen well. I have been dealing with her for more than eight years and these problems are getting worse. I had an appointment with her today have had enough. I am changing to a different prosthodontist in another group.

I went there only because she's within my network. She did so many tests that were not needed and billed me and my insurance so she got $200 extra from me!!! I found out by coincidence few weeks later and requested a refund. It took few months to get the money back! If I did not do some research she would have taken that money. I eventually went to another dentist and was told that she did unnecessary tests and recommended a super expensive procedure that was NOT needed. I am beyond upset by the horrible service.

First problem with this office is that I was told my insurance would cover a scaling my teeth at 50%. It was not covered at all. I later had a 9:00 appt for 3 fillings. It was 9:40 before she got started. How do you get that far behind that early in the day? She was very rough & seemed rushed. I guess because she was behind. Very unpleasant experience with this office.

She has an accent and talks softly. Could not understand her especially when she and her assistant are working on your teeth. Poor experience
