Amaizing service!! Highly recommend.
so here it goes.. I had never dyed my hair and was afraid to get it done. I finally did and my hair turned out to be the opposite of what I wanted. I asked for a balayage not a nightmare! I cried for days and I had to spend double the money to get it fixed elsewhere!!! I contacted the hairstylist and she told me she could not refund me but only fix it and that she would contact me after the holidays. I never got a call or an apology.
