This is an amazing hotel! I travel a lot for work, typically by myself, and these are the nicest accommodations I have stayed in. I love the petite rooms, it helped me not lose anything! The restaurant in the 4th floor was amazing, and the coffee shop. But the most important thing, is that every person I spoke to was so kind! The person who checked me in, the front desk man who printed a parking pass for my conference, the barista who gave me water when she saw me choking on pills. We stayed here for our short NYC stay and it was wonderful. We were immediately greeted by staff to help us bring in our bags and they carried them in for us while we checked in. The check in staff was so kind and immediately provided recommendations for their favorite pizza places. It was really central to a lot of shops and restaurants which was really great.
