I am a patient at Dr. Papa-Rugino's and want to thank Tara Adams who has provided exceptional care.
Dr. Papa-Regino is an excellent doctor and very caring and compassionate. I would absolutely recommend her. The office staff is wonderful and shows great respect for patients and always helpful. They could give lessons to other professional offices or any office. I recommend this practice to everyone. Five stars all around.
Dr. is very nice and has helped me. However, dealing with her rude and impatient office staff is so frustrating I will be looking for new Dr.

Dr. Papa-Rugino is an excellent, extremely knowledeable, and thorough doctor. The office staff Diane and Tara are always a pleasure to deal with, and always go out of their way to help the patients. The office is a very busy office and the women continue to provide excellent service to all ofthe patients. Thank you for the outstanding service provided by you Dr. Papa-Rugino and to your team. Worker Compensation Puppet who never examined me, she followed the letter WC sent her which was attached to the cover of my chart, she never examined me, asked me about my symptoms and failed to diagnose that I had difficulty seeing from my eye because she never looked at me, told me to go for eye exam, when in fact, I had suffered a ministroke of the optic nerve due to a procedure days prior to visiting her. Had she looked in my eye, she would have seen it was shifting from side to side.
Office rarely answers their phones anymore, always the answering service or hold. My PCP still waiting on documents requested a month ago, office insists they were sent. Requested a copy of lab results and was told I would have to wait nearly a month for a follow up appointment, they refused to provide a copy of my records to me. Dr. Papa-Rugino has zero bed side manner. I get you see these things a hundred times, but it's new to your patients. Never been in the room longer than 5 min. Avoid!!
Experiencing symptoms related to a chronic condition I was dx'd with many years ago and had surgery for. Took weeks to get an appointment and then they cancelled it and rescheduled it out another week. The day of my appointment she didn't even look at my MRI films or ask any questions before declaring my symptoms weren't related to my condition and referring me to several other specialists. She was curt and condescending and completely lacked compassion or knowledge of my condition. Terrible.
