Don't even waste your time, this doctor is absolutely terrible! All the negative reviews and I STILL went only because I needed a doctor to refill my meds... She's never seen me before as a patient and instead of sending me for testing she wanted to increase my meds right away! Won't be seeing her again.
Don’t ever use this doctor. Worst dr I have ever seen. Even wrote false information in my chart that didn’t happen. Dr even argued with me and tried to talk over me. I promptly fired her and walked out.
I would strongly recommend against this doctor. When in with several issues including lower back pain and leg pain, a doctor's order to look for MS. She told me "this is all anxiety", stigmatizing me because I have panic attacks. She knew I was losing my insurance immediately after the appointment, but I did get an MRI of my lower back. She never, and her group never called to tell me that they found herniated discs, three of them. I only found out a year-and-a-half later after trying to get the results myself. She was rude ... read more
WC puppet who does not have the patient's best interest in mind, just the WC $$$$.... sad excuse for a person who went to medical school and took an oath.
Dr. Papa Rugino is a great provider but her office staff is horrendous. Rude & obnoxious. This is not a COVID situation. They have been rude from the very first time we scheduled an appointment with this office two years ago. Additionally, they will not work with mail order prescription companies. Our prescription plan requires preauthorization for the meds taken. The front office staff refuses to handle these situations as a priority. We were told today, "it takes too much time." We have had our mail order pharmacy fax docu... read more
Normally Doctor Papa Rugino has been great at addressing my wife's concerns but as of lately she has been dropping the ball. Wife is currently withdrawing from her anti-seizure meds because the Doctor has refused to answer any calls from the pharmacy to refill the prescription and when we try to contact her directly either the line is always busy or they don't call back. Even tried to page her and still no response. It honestly feels like she doesn't care about the wellbeing of her patients
I've had a similar experience to others here -- no compassion, condescending, said "this is all anxiety" about a whole range of issues before even starting the exam.
Dr. Papa-Rugino is possibly the rudest doctor I have ever met, and the staff are not far behind. I tried again to give her a chance after a bad experience 8 years prior and it seems she has gotten even more impatient and bitter towards her patients. Stay far away.
