Had an appointmentfor oil change on german car. They had 2 weeks to plan. I was providing the filter amd other parts needed. The were to provide 9 quarts of Mobil 1 oil. I was going to waite for the car since it shouldn't take long. After an hour, I was told they had to send out for "european" oil. The NAPA guy delivered it an hour later. An hour after that they were done. They charged $50 for labor which was OK. They charged $186 ($20.67/qt) for the oil! European Mobil 1 can be had for $7/qt at Walmart. Family own business since 1922, super nice and hard working people. Went in to repair my car. Found something simple and repaired it for me at no charge. This kind of generosity is rare nowadays and highly appreciate the honesty.
