great management and their maintenance staff is high quality.
Tomlin and Associates is by far one of the best landlords I’ve had. Very accommodating and understanding, any issues that I’ve had the maintenance came immediately and fixed it right away. They take very good care of their tenants and property and you can tell they are proud to do so.
Unfortunately my wife and I weren’t able to rent through this agency due to lack of availability, but their communication is amazing and they’re easy to work with.
The place USED to have good management when Jessica was there. Now she's left and they have new people who are rude and disrespectful of the residents. I have a car that I am renting and Monica keeps harrassing me about it, even approaching me when I was near my vehicle. There is nothing in my lease saying that I am required to own or register the vehicle, but she says she's going to tow it anyway.
