It’s a nice area but that’s all it has to show for it. First off, the management just looks at you like you as you're a number, no respect and equality. they don’t care about their tenants. It gives discrimination. But we will be here all day discussing that issue. My mom always get complaints after complaints for issues she didn’t even have nothing to do with. You should treat all your tenants the same, and not just assume what you truly don’t know. Please rent from another company. Not them!!
great management and their maintenance staff is high quality.
Tomlin and Associates is by far one of the best landlords I’ve had. Very accommodating and understanding, any issues that I’ve had the maintenance came immediately and fixed it right away. They take very good care of their tenants and property and you can tell they are proud to do so.
