since the value of money does not increase 10 percent per year, a 10 percent rent increase (while allowed by law) is nothing more than a predatory action. therefore, be advised that this realty compay will gouge you in this manner. gratuitous, annual rent increases are most certainly unethical. this is a state sanctioned scam. especially considering real estate prices are going down, not up.
Best rental agency ever they took such good care of me and my fam , I had a fam emergency so my fam and I were out of the country for over a month with caused us to fall behind.......they were more than understand and willing to work with us allowing us to keep are home......thank you Tombe Real Estate.....r
