The doctors and nurses here are absolutely top notch. I appreciate their knowledge, compassion, and personal care. I recommend them to all of my friends and family.
The 2 star rating is for the office staff. This past year me and my d-I-l who are patients here have dealt with a number of confusing phone calls trying to get lab work done or even just trying to call for an appointment. I love the Dr's and nurses but it's really going downhill! I filled out the new medical history online that I was asked to fill out prior to my appt and was still given papers to fill out when I got here? I give Dr. Sohner 5 stars... However, this practice only gets 4. I was told by an employee that my weight was atrocious when I was pregnant. Certainly put a damper on my experience.
