TERRIBLE. Just to make an appointment I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes I literally made myself lunch and finished it in the time I’ve been on hold. If you want to spend your entire day at one place you should go here!
Dr. Busch is seriously the best doctor ive ever had. I’m high risk and she handled me with the BEST care possible. She’s extremely personable and super sweet. You don’t feel like you are going to a doctor who is just in it for the check, she’s generally loves her job and truly cares for you AND your baby. I’d recommend her to ANYONE.
I’ve been going to twhcc since my first pregnancy 4 years ago. I LOVE this place and the drs. Dr. Rodriguez was amazing and although I wish he had stayed a little longer for my second child, I am grateful for my current doctor. Dr. Wiltz-Kargou is hands down THE BEST! She never once made feel any sort of negative about any questions I had. She answers all my questions and backs up with facts. I have tried to return their call to reschedule appt. * answering service will not take messages. * they have 2 hrs for lunch * I was on hold for 20 minutes at position 6 on The line. when I got to position 1, no one picked up. * called a second line and was kicked back to caller #20. * I rcv'd 3 messages to confirm my appt and I tried to send 3 texted messages offered on my end. I guess they didn't get them.
I am very disappointed in this Women’s Health Care Center. We scheduled our daughter a appointment they asked her to follow up in 2 days. Well we followed up and it’s been almost 2 weeks we’ve called, left messages and left on hold for 51 mins!!!!! It’s either the answering service or they pick up and wait one second let me find out what’s going on... and no one comes back on the line. What kind of patient care is that. Apparently they don’t want new patients because they don’t keep your appointment for you. Also when they leave a message telling you they need to move your appointment, you talk to someone 30 minutes after the message finding out they’ve already given it to someone else. I will be finding somewhere else to go. 😒
I've been coming to this office now for a few years and have been unhappy overall, until todays appointment with Rhonda Sanders! I'm so pleased with my visit and the professionalism, genuine care & kindness which was provided to me! finally!! Rhonda Sanders took the time to go over the last 3 years. medical history with me ( which was very unclear) to me, prior to this visit~ As long as I can continue to see HER, I will continue to be a patient here~ "Happy Patient" ~
