Communication here with the patients are horrible! In order to get an appointment I have to constantly call them everyday and it’s frustrating. They claim they call and left me voicemails but neither is true

The docs we have encountered really care about the patients. The staff is hit or miss depending on their mood that day...
My doctor at Katy VA put in a consult (which is now required and is stupid) to see the foot Dr(s) at Tomball VA clinic...Katy does not have any foot doctors....For some UNKNOWN reason Tomball foot clinic canceled my possible appointment.....Again no reason given, no email, no phone call....Just silence until I called.............The Houston VA medical group are the most unorganized, incompetent organization in the world. And I doubt they even care........
So glad they opened this out patient clinic. It’s close to home and staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

Was checking in and out loud the workers checking vets in said "I cant wait until they start kicking people out of the system for no show appointments!" WTF! One even said he started deleting them out of the system on his own😡🤬
Everytime I come here I am never giving any helpful information..under staffed and bad customer service. I don't understand how they allow veterans to be treated this way...smdh
