I never regret going to see Dr. Tomasetti. My treatments and visits have been totally successful and I have been pleased for all these years. His prices are reasonable, wait time to see him is minimual. I couldn't be more satisfied.
I had quit going to the dentist because of a horrifying experience with a different dentist. I was introduced to David Tomasetti by his brother Boyd. He is WONDERFUL. I have seen him for regular dental care including crowns, bridges, etc. He has been great. He has been very patient, caring and does everything he can to put me at ease. I have never had any problems with his staff. I recommend him to everyone I know.
I really hate the customer service here. They don't know how to estimate the total cost and gave me totally wrong estimation and then charged me a lot at the end. I called them why I got so much and then they told me that it is none of their business and told me I should contact to insurance company first. But when I had consulting with them they didn't mention anything like that. My surgery went bad also. I had lots of pain for almost one month which is not normal. Dr. Tomasetti took over the my old dentist when he retired and I have seen him since. He is always personable and I feel like he is as comfortable as 'Santa'. He has the most kind eyes when the rest of his face is covered with a mask. I have never had a bad experience in all the years I have been with him.
Dr. Tomasetti is very gentle and excellent at giving oral injections (I hate them) and explains everything in understandable language and is very patient with questions. The office staff is so kind and reassuring. I appreciate their billing practices and their willingness to work with me on payments. Their availability is a bonus too, they will get you in as soon as they can if need be.
Dr. Tomasetti is simply great! Friendly and professional, never a porblem in 15 years! Prices are competitive and worth the worry-free experience!
