While visiting my daughter in Tulsa, I joined her for a class at Tomahawk CrossFit—my very first CrossFit experience—and it completely exceeded my expectations! Dropped in while on town for my husband’s work and was warmly welcomed! Great workout and great coaching by the 12pm coach. She seemed genuinely excited to be coaching and makes me want to go back next time I’m in town!
