Top notch people. I am very impressed with the care I am receiving for a wound that would not heal. The surgical team explained everything in a way that both myself and my wife really appreciate. The staff of the infusion ward have treated me wonderfully as they have done every other day bandage changes. I truly could not have asked for a better treatment. Thank you to the people of Tomah Memorial Hospital you are awesome!
Slow as hell every time we have to go there which is unfortunate they are always always slow and not very helpful would rather drive to lacrosse

Brought my dad here after a fall. Been waiting 20mins and haven't seen a live person. What the fuck kind of emergency room is this place running!? Great policy Wisconsin.

The worst service I have ever recived from a hospital not only did we wait for 45 mins to even be seen but then to watch people come in after us get seen before us. but here's what really gets me to get charged to sit n wait 2 more hours n still not be seen or have any of our questions be answered . I will not pay for services that where not received . Let alone how u feel its ok to base judgment on whos more important. Let alone charge you for not being seeing . I have become a frequent visitor there. Had an appendectomy there and everyone was WONDERFUL. Came back because one of my incisions got infected and have to go to have it packed everyday. The girls in infusion care are WONDEFUL! I know a lot of people say negative things about this hospital, but I had nothing but positive things to say about everyone I came into contact with. Dr. Robertson is an excellent surgeon also.

I went into the ER due to not being able to get into my primary care physician. I told them I was not feeling well and had been vomiting since Wednesday. The Dr comes in listened to me and said to do an iv. I told the nurse I am a hard poke and i am dehydrated and that they usually heat up warm towels before they try to poke me. She didn't listen stuck me of course didn't get it and got another nurse. She poked me and didn't get it either. They get some one from surgery. I had surgery with Dr Eckerman on Tuesday and had nothing short of a wonderful experience. Kristin McGarry and Jim Piper from surgery get extra kuddos for the wonderful job they did. Everyone from check in, lab, med surg, nutrition was so comforting and made me feel well cared for. I have never had surgery before so was pretty anxious but this was just such a positive experience! Thank you TMH!
