The repair experience was excellent. Tinashe is really good but when I got my car back, it says it’s supposed to be vacuumed and it was not vacuumed. Overall good experience !
Service adviser was great. Price of $260 for standard oil change is ridiculous. Was also quoted $850 to replace the battery. Battery cost $300 which is bad enough but $550 in labor? C'mon volvo you can't keep gouging your customers like this.
