This was a horrible experience at Tom Wood. We had a purge valve replaced and we were originally told the car would take two days which I thought was a lot and it ended up taking a week and a half. Communication was nonexistent unless I initiated it and the answers I got weren’t truthful. And the price was outrageous. Honestly, it was frustrating. I called ahead to confirm how long appointment would last and the cost. When I showed up I was told a price $200 more. I have been coming here for YEARS. I had to ask for my keys to leave before they offered to honor the price. I was gotten out in time but I had to ask multiple times.
Excellent service! Tammy is so easy to work with. They got my car in and out quickly. Always happy with Tom Wood!

The service team was fast and courteous. My car was scheduled to be completed on 8/19 but they competed the work on 8/11.
