Great experience buying from Tom Wood and Nate was professional and worked with us
I took my XC90 in for a brake job and was charged for 5.75 hours of labor when I was only at the location for 2.5 hours. This resulted in a labor rate of 400+ dollars per hour instead of the standard rate of 200 dollars per hour I was told I was charged for the number of hours the manufacture estimates each task would take instead of the actual time to do the job.
