Would highly recommend working with Brandon Leamer when shopping for a used vehicle. I originally wasn't planning on going to this dealership as I didn't want a Rover, but another salesperson at a different dealership quietly recommended me to do so. Evan (E.T.) made the experience at Tom Wood most pleasant. He is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I had numerous questions, a few of which I probably asked more than once, and Evan was patient and understanding in answering all of them. Purchasing an automobile is always a difficult decision for me, and Evan helped me work my way through the issues.
I’ve never been to this dealership or talked to anyone here before, and I simply called to see about getting details about starting to get my vehicle serviced here because the Volvo dealership closest to me closed. The lady who I spoke to was extremely rude for absolutely no reason. She could work on just being friendly when she answers the phone. Horrible first impression.
