Ms. Hope and everyone Volkswagen Service staff are wonderful and amazing! They are super friendly, kind, and very helpful. They work with your needs!
No stars.. 20 year old car.. broke key.. $229 for them to tell me it would take them (VW a huge company and Tom Wood with several dealerships) to tell me it would be $800 and up to a week or longer to order it from Mexico.. After not contacting me to tell me.. I had to call them back.. Trash company both of them
I just wanted to say how great Hope is. I just had our 2023 Tiguan SEL-R in for regular service. Hope told me there was some additional service due that was included in our plan and it might take some time to complete. She kept me updated on the progress and made sure I was comfortable in the lounge. When everything was done, she went over the invoice and made sure I was satisfied. I usually dread going into the service center at Tom Wood Volkswagen, it has been a revolving door for many years. To my surprise, things have changed under new management and things felt calm, organized and they actually had impressive customer service. Hope especially went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me with my car problems- she was the change that place needed!
