It's unfortunate to see that they don't have good phone etiquette, the whole business is based on customer service and if you can't be polite on the phone while your customers are asking questions I think the business is going to tank quickly.
Horrible service dealership. You buy a $50K+ vehicle with them and they can’t support you properly. After 7 Volkswagens, I’ll be moving on from the brand. I’ll be sure to call VWoA and report my experience with your dealership.
