I always have an exceptional experience at Subaru. Especially when working with the Service department. I have been working with Todd for years and I always ask for him when scheduling an appointment. He is so knowledgeable and he remembers me and my vehicle. I always feel like he goes out of his way to help me have a wonderful experience!
After 1 month of ownership my WRX had some serious problems and ended up at Tom Wood Subaru. Darrell and the team at Tom Wood never gave up and after 5 weeks I have my car back and running better than when I bought it.
