Tony is outstanding!!! Very professional, honest, friendly, accommodating. He explained all the work to be done upfront, with no surprises. He even arranged for me to use Lyft to run an errand while I was waiting. Tom Wood’s price for this big service came in approx $100 cheaper than another competitor. Service department was very responsive and took care of the transmission problem as well as other items. I appreciated the heads-up on the other items that needed attention which saved me an additional visit to the service department.
Hard to have anything positive. Had a 2:45 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, took until 5 PM. They tried to wash the car as part of the Service, but washer just smeared the car. They said come back tomorrow and we'll give you a free wash. Didn't come for the wash. No respect for my time or value as a customer. We've only bought 4 cars from them. Very disappointed.
