Took my car in on a Saturday for oil change and tire rotation. They were busy, but got the services done quickly plus fixed a scratch on my passenger door. Service tech was fast and got back to me with any recommendations for my car. Everyone was pleasant and professional.
Another great experience! Brought both cars in for routine maintenance and the service was wonderful.
I’d like to commend Wil for being a superb service representative. I always go to him for my car issues because first of all he is honest. Second, he is knowledgeable. Third, he really listens. And fourth, he is cordial and doesn’t try to pressure you into doing more than is required. I feel safe in my car after it’s worked on and I am always glad I came to Tom Wood Subaru for my repairs.
