Service advisor Will Chan at Tom Wood Subaru is always upfront about what to expect throughout the service process. He suggests and explains any suggested service recommendations and ensures my vehicles are serviced within the manufacturers protocol process. He is always spot-on. His mechanical and tecnical knowledge of the vehicles has been very helpful as I am a former aircraft mechanic who appreciates hearing about the details. Thanks again Wil for all you do! Cliff Graham
Took my 2024 Subaru Outback in to determine cause of the wobble road noise. Although it took a little longer for the technician to get a look at the vehicle, learned it was the tire ware causing the issue. Tony, the service expert assign to my case waived the charges because it took longer than he thought. Grateful for the gesture and support. Customer service made right.
