Scheduled midweek prior to service being completed that Saturday. Planned services got a quote all online. Saturday came and I stopped, dropped and rolled out. Service was followed through any easy link and picked up as soon as they were finished. Even got 3 months to pay with no interest. Good job everyone!
The work done on the car was great. The communication back and forth was helpful what wasn’t helpful was not being able to talk to a manager directly. I had questions on the labor cost (on one of my services)and the cashier wasn’t helpful nor did she direct me to somebody I could talk to. That was frustrating. The customer service was awful. Ethan and his team are extremely helpful, get the work done fast and they're one of the few places that you don't get the typical car dealership trauma. Also they have more than just pretty cars to look at.
Was waiting 3 hr after being told a little over an hour. Asked if I wanted a replacement filter I said yes. Didn’t communicate that it had to be picked up and would take longer. Lack of communication all together. Then I leave and my oil life isn’t even reset so I had to do it myself which isn’t hard but it’s kind of their job to do.
Erin was very helpful- she reviewed my warranty info and corrected some information in the Tom Woods system.
