Experienced some miscommunication regarding service but ultimately was addressed and corrected.
They lied to me about the 1st oil change being complimentary. We even asked about it before scheduling the service and they confirmed it would be complimentary. However, after I pointed it out, they still charged me over $100. After several car purchases with them, I am done. I hope they enjoy their $100.
