Called multiple times about canceling GAP and extended warranty on a vehicle I traded off. Cannot even get a call back. Unprofessional in my opinion.

I took my 2021 Volkswagen Atlas to the 96th street location on (4/14/2025) for service. Repairs were done under warranty. I was assured that everything was covered under the warranty with no extra cost, per the customer service tech Kierra McGhee. I was also informed that i needed a software update for around $345.27 out of pocket. After working on my vehicle for 5 days, I picked it up and paid in full on the evening of 4/18/2025. I am incredibly disappointed with our experience at Tom Wood Jaguar Land Rover and Volvo. We placed a deposit in November 2021 for a new body style Range Rover, specifically requesting an extended wheelbase, 7-seater, and matte black finish. From the very beginning, the dealership tried to change our specifications, repeatedly attempting to switch the color to glossy black because the matte black took "extra time" to produce.
